HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM OF CLOTHING THAT DOESN'T SUIT ME?

You can return one or more items that don't suit you within 30 days following the date of your order. Products will be refunded provided they are in new condition, in their original packaging, and all labels are still attached. Mantouji reserves the right to refuse the refund of a damaged, stained, deformed, worn, washed, or incomplete item. In addition, underwear, lingerie, hygiene and cosmetic products, as well as swimsuits, can only be returned and refunded in-store.

Several options are available to you:

- Free return in-store: go to your Mantouji Show Room with your delivery note found in your package. You will be directly refunded in-store.
- Return at your expense by mail, in a mailbox, or at a pick-up point at the following address: Mantouji.tn - 48 bis Avenue Taieb Mehiri 2070 La marsa - Tunis. Return your item following the return procedure indicated on the delivery note (found in your package). You will be refunded upon receipt of the items to the account used during the purchase, within 14 days.

HOW DO I GET MY RECEIPT FROM MY ACCOUNT TO RETURN AN ITEM IN THE SHOW ROOM?

In the "My Account" space, located at the top right, go to the "My Orders" section. Click on the relevant order and then click on the "Edit my receipt" link located at the bottom left. You can then download and print this receipt to proceed with the return in-store.

WHAT IS THE REFUND PERIOD?

If you return one or more item(s) in-store, the refund will be made directly at the checkout on your bank card.
If you return one or more item(s) remotely, the refund period is 10 days from the receipt of your item(s). In this case, the refund is made via the payment method used during the purchase.
